Return Policy
How To Start a Return
- Please contact us through email at connectcollection@outlook.com to initiate your return, include photos & tell us what went wrong.
- If a return is necessary please ship your item back to the designated address provided and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
- Once the package is received & inspeced we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit for the returned item that is approved will be refunded back using the same form of payment used to purchase the item within 7 to 10 days. The credit should appear on your next statement.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All returns requests must be initiated withing 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Failure to return the product in its original conidtion will result in the the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their cost.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at connectcollection@outlook.com.
Order Cancellation
- If we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel and refund your money.
- If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) for a refund if preaproved to do so and for a refund at your cost for shipping.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Gifts
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
