Currently we are fullfilling order & shipping to Canada & the USA. Worldwide shipping may be available in the futrue but not at this time.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather,carona virus etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty provided the order has not shipped yet and you cancel 24 hours after creating the order. Please email connectcollection@outlook.com & make sure the works cancel order is included in the subject line.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at connectcollection@outlook.com. If the address is wrong, we should be able to correct this within 24 hours if the item has not shipped out already.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

DUTIES & VAT
Many countries charge VAT/Duties when a product arrives into the country and this could lead to extra costs. We do not control these additional costs and do not pay for this. Duty & Vat are charged by your government's duty policies. It is possible that this may apply to your order and would not be included in your shipping cost. If duties are imposed, your postal service will generally notify you when they have your shipment and send you a notice to contact the postal service to pay your duties prior to final delivery.
If you have preaproval for returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We do not accept hand delivered returns. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for returns that we do not receive.
