Instructions:  Handwash the inside of the flask and cap with neutral dish soap and water before using and after using.   Please empty any left over alchole from the bracelet if you do not plan to drink the flask content proptly.  Idealy carry your days quota and drink it on the same day.  Transfer any left over alchole to a glass container after use.   Hand wash after every use.
